Спасибо за сегодняшнюю тренировку, мне она была очень полезна и информативна. У меня, честно говоря, произошло настоящее «прояснение» по поводу зоны атаки. Раньше я немного путалась и не до конца понимала: если мы оба стоим впереди, то кто же тогда контролирует заднюю часть корта. Ты, наверное, заметил мою растерянность в этот момент. Но теперь у меня всё сложилось в голове — если мы оба впереди и не даём соперникам продвинуться, постоянно атакуем, то именно в этом и состоит наше преимущество.
